Strawberry Biscotti Genetics
Strawberry Biscotti from Happy Day Farms, was phenomenal again and will be a major clone in 2024 with substantial flower market share predicted for 2025. Perfect in every way, Strawberry Biscotti is a fruit off of a tree, sown with a firm principled work ethic. Gassy with a smooth sweetness referred to at Happy Day as “Fruitoleum” and a bit of color to imagine a pink hue, Strawberry Biscotti is a combination of Sour Strawberry and Biscotti. Strawberry Biscotti receives five golden rings this winter and judges at the State Fair agree. “Grown in living soil, she is an outstanding cultivar that we are excited to continue with into the 2024 season.” Casey O’neill.
