Strawberry Biscotti from Happy Day Farms, was phenomenal again and will be a major clone in 2024 with substantial flower market share predicted for 2025. Perfect in every way, Strawberry Biscotti is a fruit off of a tree, sown with a firm principled work ethic. Gassy with a smooth sweetness referred to at Happy Day as “Fruitoleum” and a bit of color to imagine a pink hue, Strawberry Biscotti is a combination of Sour Strawberry and Biscotti. Strawberry Biscotti receives five golden rings this winter and judges at the State Fair agree. “Grown in living soil, she is an outstanding cultivar that we are excited to continue with into the 2024 season.” Casey O’neill.
Happy Day won a gold medal at the 2023 State Fair for highest THCA at 39% with total cannabinoids testing multiple times in the mid-40’s. Rich in δ-limonene the citric gas aromas that fulfill the Strawberry Biscotti clone are impressive at almost 1% from the single molecule alone.
Mother to Strawberry Biscotti, the Sour Strawberry was bred by @twenty20Mendocino and phenotype sifted by Casey O’neil at Happy Day Farms. After a few years of preservation it was gifted to Humboldt DNA and propagated at Sacred Roots nursery for several seasons before being bred onto the Biscotti. Preserved today at HENDRX for sacred preservation, many thanks go to Sacred Roots, Humboldt DNA, Happy Dreams, and @twenty20Mendocino for the creativity and hard work dedicated to a plant that makes so many people happy.
