Origin Story
Best In Show received its naming during an initial testing round against over 30 tested genetics and finalists of a research and development project. When presented for review of the collection of various finished flowers, the “Best In Show” received its name from the HendRx staff for its overwhelming positive qualities.
Initial sourcing for the cross breed was adorned by family and childhood friendships with 3 Creek Farms. The male Lemon Banana Sherbet plant was gifted by way of 3 Creeks extensive seed collection and brought to pollination alongside the female HRX Breeder’s Cut as part of HendRx breeding program in 2017. Selections were tested by local family and friends in the Arcata, McKinleyville, area of Humboldt County.
