Wedding Tree No. 53 Genetics
Wedding Tree No. 53 is one of five clones bred and preserved by HendRx Farm. Bred from a cross of Lemon Tree and Wedding Cake Bx1 pollen from Seed Junky, HendRx Farm selected Wedding Tree cuts No. 33, 35, 41, 51 & 53 for further research and development. Curated for seed by Humboldt Seed Company, and propagated for clones by HendRx, Wedding Tree is one of the most accessible new hybrids for either commercial farms and home growers. The 53 has long internodal spacing, wide elaborate branching, and sharp spear shaped bud structure. The dense green flowers with notes of violet perch atop a familiar elongated Wedding Cake frame, yet have the refreshing aromas and highs associated with pungent Lemon Tree. Taking the best from both parents, the Wedding Tree No. 53 is the highest yield from the five clones and displays its purest expression after 10 weeks of flowering time.
THC potency of Wedding Tree No. 53 reflects moderate to high levels between 22-24%, with lead terpenoids reflecting α-pinene, β-myrcene, β-caryophyllene, δ-limonene, linalool, β-pinene, α-caryophyllene, β-ocimene. These mono- and sesquiterpenes combine to create a fresh citrus infused sour aroma, with flavors reminiscent of Citrus, Grapefruit, Kush, and Diesel. Reported effects include anxiety relief, colors brighter, loss of time, pain relief, anti-depression, happiness, and energy enhancement.
The Wedding Tree is bred in holy matrimony from Wedding Cake Bx1 seeds from a hot Instagram drop by Seed Junky JBeezy in (to our best recollection) 2018. After a phenotype hunt of the females which all yielded bulky true-to-type expressions, a Wedding Cake Bx1 male was selected and crossed onto the shorter and less commercial friendly Lemon Tree. The combination laid significant progress to the Lemon Tree adding vigorous growth while keeping the desirable intense lemon taste and smell. Bred by HendRx and phenotype hunted by the dubious Gas Brothers, Wedding Tree furnished several rare clones. Seeds are available from Humboldt Seed Company, who selected and produced Wedding Tree seeds by way of natural pollination and recurrent selection.
